Please include your device model, iOS version, Easy Meds app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include patient information or other sensitive health information.
Subscriptions and free trials
Easy Meds subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Trials and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Apple before the renewal date shown in your subscription settings.

Open the Easy Meds subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Confirm that the device is signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
