Educational use only
Easy Meds is a study and reference tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, current official medication references, institutional policies, or direct patient care.
Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Easy Meds, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that govern App Store purchases. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Permitted use
You may use Easy Meds for personal educational study and reference. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the app’s content to create a competing product or proprietary question bank.
No medical advice
The app does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, calculate patient-specific doses, or provide clinical decision support. Never make a patient-care decision based only on Easy Meds. Always verify medication information with current authoritative sources and qualified professionals.
Content accuracy
We work to provide useful educational summaries, but medication information and standards change. Content may be simplified, incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Easy Meds makes no guarantee that all content is complete or suitable for a particular course, examination, patient, or clinical setting.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple and automatically renew for the selected period unless cancelled through your Apple Account before renewal. Pricing, taxes, currency, trial eligibility, and renewal dates are shown by Apple before purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Availability and changes
Features, content, pricing, and availability may change. We may correct, update, add, or remove content when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Meds and its developer are not liable for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, examination results, indirect losses, or damages arising from reliance on the app’s educational content.
